  • We cannot accommodate children under the age of 12, and children aged 12 to 18 are not permitted to stay in our 4 or 6-bed dorms.

  • No pets are permitted on the premises, as we aim to protect the tuis, kereru, and bellbirds.

  • Bookings can be freely canceled up to 5 days before the arrival date. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period cannot be refunded.

  • Prepayment is taken 5 days before arrival. In the event of a card decline, the guest will be notified and given 24 hours to ensure sufficient funds. If the card is declined again, the reservation will be canceled.

  • Our reception is open daily until 8 PM (7 PM in winter). Late check-in can be arranged if necessary.
